CONDITIONS OF STAY

The rooms are available from 13 p.m. on the day of arrival and have to be made available by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

DEPOSIT

Bookings are considered firm after receipt of a deposit .
We accept deposit payment by  bank transfer or credit card (VISA, CartaSì, MasterCard, EuroCard), Paypal, .

To send € from Uk the most of our guests use Wise. It is very easy, cheap and fast .

In case of cancellation during the month prior to the date of arrival the deposit will not be refunded (art. 1358 and 1386 of the Civil Code).

In order to protect yourself from costs arising from a possible cancellation we recommend purchasing a trip cancellation insurance.

REDUCTIONS
Children from 0 to 2 years on a baby bed: 100% reduction ( hotel , not other services)
Children from 2 to 5 years on an extra bed: 50 % reduction
Children from 5 to 8 years on an extra bed: 30% reduction

Children from 8 to 12 years on an extra bed: 15% reduction
Children from 12 years and adults on an extra bed: 10% reduction

Smoking is forbidden in all rooms and in the entire hotel.
Pets are not allowed.

€ 2,00 per person over 14 year old. Max 5 days.
